Redescubrir significa mucho más que despejar en el presente las barreras que omiten la valoración de la memoria de quienes han forjado una parte importante del camino que transitamos; significa restaurar una idea de continuidad, de ser parte con ellos de un fin común. En consecuencia, iniciar un redescubrimiento es emprender una tarea justa y nada sencilla.
La tarea que nos convoca en esta exposición es iniciar el ReDescubrimiento de la obra de CARLOS URÍA; obra que por una serie de inoportunas contingencias, no circuló en nuestro medio durante las últimas dos décadas en la medida de lo deseado.

VITRIOL Art Gallery Inauguration of the First Indigenous Art Biennial

From the Heart of the Gran Chaco: Art and Culture of the Region
This exhibition’s main objective is to make visible the cultural and artistic productions of the indigenous peoples of the Argentine Gran Chaco, creating a space for intercultural dialogue between ancestral traditions and contemporary art.
A variety of artistic productions from the region are brought together: textiles, paintings, sculptures, and objects that highlight the cultural diversity and conversations between ancient customs and current expressions.
The works of the Misión Chaqueña painters’ collective convey the strength of an environment populated by algarroba trees, hands that weave, and colorful animals.
These paintings rescue a visual narrative of the habits and daily life of the Wichí community.
The exhibition seeks to challenge the Western notion that the popular and indigenous must remain unchanged, proposing instead a space for creation and cultural self-management that allows resistance to acculturation and renewal of the inherited repertoire according to the needs and projects of the communities involved.
From the Heart of the Gran Chaco: Art and Culture of the Region, aims to promote a space for discussion and debate, and to encourage reflection on interculturality and the role of art as a means of communication and cultural resistance.

Vitriol Arte en Expansion, Exhibicion Cassanello Trama y Colors

 

Jorge Cassanello nació en Quilmes, Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Cursó estudios en la Escuela Municipal de Bellas Artes «Carlos Morel» de esta ciudad y en la Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Posteriormente realizó estudios en el Instituto Directores de Arte «I.D.A».
Con el Maestro Ambrosio Aliberti estudió Vitraux y cerámica en el taller de Delio Lazzari.

Ejerció la docencia artística, fue Secretário de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Quilmes. Se encuentran obras suyas en colecciones privadas en Argentina, Uruguay, EE.UU, Suiza, Rumania y Francia.

If you have Oculus Quest 2 like my case, you have to run the game in windows 7 compatibility mode because if it is not run in compatibility mode it will not detect the controls.
The subtitles are broken, you have to read them by closing one eye.

Si tenes Oculus Quest 2 como mi caso, hay que ejecutar el juego en modo compatibilidad windows 7 ya que si no se ejecuta en modo compatibilidad no detecta los controles.
Los subtitulos están rotos, hay que leerlos cerrando un ojo.
