The Norwegian Constitution Day is the national day of Norway and is an official public holiday observed on May 17 each year. The day is celebrated nation wide with hot dogs, ice cream, marching bands and the childrens parade where school children march through the streets of their cities and towns.
In this video we walk up the main walking street of Oslo until we’re at the royal castle. The royal family comes out on the balcony to watch the parade. The people sing the national anthem, and the parade starts.
